Zest of Mind (ZoM) is a London based company that promotes well-being and healthy lifestyles for everyone to improve physical and mental fitness, in turn reducing levels of stress, anxiety, fear and frustration.

New site to move business online
Prior to the UK coronavirus lockdowns, Zest of Mind operated purely offline, running in-person workshops and sports/fitness sessions around London. National lockdown pushed things online, and so an online presence was required in order to keep their services in reach of people. Requiring another quick turn around, we set up a new website and Youtube channel to keep Zest of Mind active.
